Maybe if we complementary to trying to ban certain technologies (atomic bomb, cyber-weapons, energy weapons, neuro-engineering, autonomous weapons, geo-engineering, etc.), made deals to strategically decelerate technological development and application, we would see more harmony coming to the exponentials wrecking havoc on the ecosystems.
