Reinhard Gehlen — Hitler’s top military Intelligence Officer and a Knight of Malta.
ꡙ He went on to head the West Berlin Intelligence Office: the BND. The Gehlen Org became synonymous with the CIA’s post war operations. ꡙ Gehlen + former SS Officers were also instrumental in training & setting up the MOSSAD.
The Order of Malta acted as a Vatican-CIA spy hub, working w/ Nαzi Reinhard Gehlen's CIA-backed intelligence service & awarding him its highest honor. Its ranks included CIA directors & operatives, & it worked w/ P2 lodge, using diplomatic cover to run banks & move covert funds.
