Global commercial airlines revenue per year: 754 billion U.S. dollars
Airlines are running empty ‚ghost‘ flights during the coronavirus due to European rules forcing operators to run their allocated flights or lose their slots. The rules are leading some airlines to waste thousands of gallons of jet fuel flying empty planes in and out of Europe. Demand for flights is collapsing worldwide with airline industry groups warning that the coronavirus crisis could wipe up to $113 billion off the value of the industry.

Responding to Covid-19 — A Once-in-a-Century Pandemic? - by Bill Gates
"We also need to invest in disease surveillance, including a case database that is instantly accessible to relevant organizations, and rules requiring countries to share information. Israeli Rabbi Says He’s Already Holding Meetings With Messiah (Israel Today)
A recent interview on Israeli radio again featured prominent rabbis explaining that the Messiah is just about to reveal himself. Rabbi Yaakov Zisholtz on Sunday told religious broadcaster Radio 2000 that Rabbi Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky recently told him that he is already in direct contact with the Messiah. To understand why religious Jews are taking this seriously, it’s important to know that Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky is considered one of the two top rabbis of the ultra-Orthodox Jewish community in Israel.
Rabbi Zisholtz began his interview with a warning:
“…the process of redemption is about to start happening very quickly and at a fast pace. It is important that people remain calm and steady to act properly in the right time.

#Comment on Headspace founder Andy Puddicombe's "mind full" PR video
"These teachings have come from somewhere else, there are not mine, and all I'm doing is kind of sharing it with you" - Sure Andy, all you are doing is sharing it... while making an obscene amount of money with your company headspace, which successfully packaged the age old practice of meditation as yet another product for bored western consumers during late capitalism. Bravo, it's great comedy for sure! Extra brownie points for the choice of music in your PR videos (cause nothing says "mindfulness" quite like upbeat trendy electronic dance music...) and sneaking in your political opinions about Tibet (of course, "mindfully" presented as objective facts)

Photo of the first "computer bug": A Moth (1947)
Wikipedia: While Grace Hopper was working on a Mark II Computer at Harvard University in 1947, her associates discovered a moth that was stuck in a relay; the moth impeded the operation of the relay. While neither Hopper nor her crew mentioned the phrase "debugging" in their logs, the case was held as an instance of literal "debugging." For many years, the term bug had been in use in engineering. The remains of the moth can be found in the group's log book at the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of American History in Washington, D.C.
