Wuxing (五行) - A cognition tool to explain and analyze all things and their changes in the natural world. A five-fold conceptual scheme that many traditional Chinese fields use. The "Five Phases" are Fire (火 huǒ), Water (水 shuǐ), Wood (木 mù), Metal or Gold (金 jīn), and Earth (土 tǔ).
