This year is the end of the 8th period of San Yuan Jiu Yun, a 180 grand cycle. The 8th period is represented by earth element which is a relatively stable period. Because of its stability, it is also a period of prosperity. Next year, we officially enter the 9th and final period of San Yuan Jiu Yun, which is represented by the fire element, and it is the only period associated with fire. So, in the coming 2 decades, there will be a lot more fire energy than we have ever experienced in our lifetime.
