Banishing Ghosts
Every day we have a certain amount of attention that gets allocated, consciously or unconsciously. A large chunk of that attention tends to be related to our fellow humans - some of them right in-front of us but most of them present only as ghosts in our memory of the past and predictions of the future. Being aware how much attention capacity/cycles these ghosts take, how they make one feel and how useful they are is an essential skill. By becoming aware of these ghosts and then gradually transforming or banishing them, tremendous energy can be reclaimed - resulting in a far more relaxed, creative and joyful life.

One of the lost 'sun temples' has been likely excavated in Egypt
Archaeologists have discovered a mud-brick building believed to be one of the lost "sun temples" south of the Egyptian capital Cairo, Anadolu Agency reported. The Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities said the building was found by an Italian-Polish archaeological mission in the Abusir region, south of Cairo. "Preliminary studies indicate that the new discovery may be one of the four lost sun temples that date back to the Fifth Dynasty (2465 to 2323 BC)," the ministry added in a statement.
According to the statement, part of the building was removed by King Nyuserre to build his temple.
The ministry said excavations will continue at the site to get more information about the discovered building.
Sun temples were built in dedication to Ra, the sun god in ancient Egypt. Six sun temples are believed to have been built, but only two have been uncovered until now.

An ancient Egyptian mummy head was found in an attic in Kent, England. A CT scan revealed that the head belonged to a woman who likely lived 2,000 years ago. Researchers believe the head was brought back from Egypt as a souvenir in the 19th century.

Infornography
Infornography is a portmanteau word formed by the combination of the two words "information" and "pornography". Infornography is used to define an addiction to or an obsession with acquiring, manipulating, and sharing information. People "suffering" from infornography are generally people that greatly enjoy receiving, sending, exchanging, and digitizing information.
The term was popularized by the cult cyberpunk anime series Serial Experiments Lain (1998), which used the word as the title of episode eleven; see Infornography (Serial Experiments Lain episode).
The definition (without explicitly using the term itself) is also greatly applied in many cyberpunk settings, where information can almost be considered a currency of its own, in a sense facilitating the development of an alternate world for 'escapism'. Megacorps, hackers and other kinds of people use information to thrive. They can subtly be called "infornographers".
