In the network era, developing the skills of a master artisan in every field of work will be critical for success. While getting work done collaboratively will continue to be of importance in all organizations, it will not be enough. New ideas will have to come from our professional networks in order to keep pace with innovation and change in our fields. More importantly, a safe place is needed to connect these new ideas to the work to be done.
Communities of practice will continue to grow as knowledge artisans need to integrate their work and learning in a trusted space. As the gig economy dominates, communities of practice can bring some stability to our professional development. These are owned by the practitioners themselves, not an association and not an organization. You know you are in a real community of practice when it changes your practice.

Vuja de - Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Vuja de is the reverse. In the words of Adam Grant: “We face something familiar, but we see it with a fresh perspective that enables us to gain new insights into old problems.” (via)

The Trivium Method is a methodology of learning how to learn and learning how to think, much like other methodologies such as the scientific method. Trivium means three paths or ways, or the place where three roads meet.

The civil disobedience tipping point
A dirty secret of all authoritarian dictators across the world is the civil disobedience tipping point: The maximum capacity of the police to arrest people, of the jails to hold people and the courts to process people. In countries like Australia or Germany, this is around 100'000 people at one time. Anything more than that and the system comes crashing down.
Given the speed of people waking up and organizing against the elites current de-stabilization and genocide campaign being waged in the name of "health", we will likely reach this tipping point before the end of the year across the world.
Hence, keep an eye open for false flag operations - such as massive terror attacks etc. - which would take people's attention off the issue. In any case, the outcomes of successful civil disobedience or revolution will likely not be what most except: History teaches us that cryptocrats in power are usually well ahead of the curve (and often the hidden hand driving all sides) on such issues and in the case of any type of revolution (such as the french revolution, the soviet revolution, the nazi revolution, etc.) they are insulated through sophisticated risk-management techniques - and will re-constitute their power with in a few short years.
‘Civil disobedience becomes a sacred duty when the state has become lawless or corrupt. And a citizen who barters with such a state shares in its corruption and lawlessness.’ — Gandhi

Masha and the Bear (Ма́ша и Медве́дь,) is a Russian animated television series, loosely based on the oral children's folk story of the same name. The series has been translated into 42 languages. Many of the episodes have been successful on YouTube. The episode "Маша плюс каша" ("Recipe for Disaster") has 4.40b+ views as of July 2021, making it the site's 6th most viewed video of all time.
Propastop noticed a frame from one episode, where Masha wears a distinct NKVD uniform cap. NKVD or The People’s Commissariat for Internal Affairs, lead Stalin’s secret police organisation in the Soviet Union from 1934 to 1946. It is known for its brutal political repression. After noticing this, Propastop did some research about the popular cartoon.
It was discovered, that this cartoon is successfully used for ridiculing propaganda analysts, security figures or higher politicians. Pro-Kremlin news channels also use this tool. Lithuanian politician Laurynas Kasčiūnas has stated in his analysis, that „Masha and the Bear” is one tool from Russia’s soft power toolkit.
There have also been other propaganda accusations, that at first glance might seem absurd. For example, Masha’s hyperactivity is said to be a manifestation of post-traumatic stress. The success of the series is also claimed to be due to viewers wish to identify themselves as unpunishable sadists, as is Masha.

The real purpose of the school today: Faith and Discipline
"The current school system comes from the church seminaries and the military academies. Faith and Discipline. That is still the real purpose of the school today, with belief shifting from religion to politics, economics, science and society. For one thing, there is the substance, the content of the curriculum, which reflects the prevailing ideology. On the other hand, the form, the structure of the school, which is detrimental to true learning and drills the children. School leads to collective obedience, said historian and childhood researcher Michael Hüter"
