“We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm and adventure. There is no end to the adventures we can have if only we seek them with our eyes open.” - Jawaharial Nehru

The Knowledge Fallacy
There is a wide spread belief that "the more you know the better it gets" or "the real truth is hidden and one has to work very hard to eventually understand this secret knowledge". This is an illusion which assumes that time is linear. A source of stress. Why seek "enlightenment" over the imaginary rainbow when its all right here and now? THIS IS IT - really simple. Relax and enjoy it - you will die soon enough, no matter what you know or not.

A few remarks after completing a Zhan Zhuang month-long intensive online group practice
It has been a profoundly joyful, insightful, meaningful and relaxing month-long intensive for me. I thank all of you for granting me the honor of practicing together, you are most kind and inspiring. A special thank you to Corey Hess for being a truly amazing guide and compassionate master of ceremony - sensei, doumo arigatou gozaimasu. It's been the best of times - looking forward to the next intensive with all of you.
"Ten thousand flowers in spring, the moon in autumn, a cool breeze in summer, snow in winter. If your mind isn't clouded by unnecessary things, this is the best season of your life." ~ Wumen Huikai
Reflections on a indescribable practice: Things are opening up, deepening and relaxing. Long forgotten sunken places painfully coming to the surface. Readjusting and releasing. Often slowly & gently - always surprising. Radiant, expansive energy flowing like a wild river. A sense of smooth silkiness permeating all. Warm, comforting, peaceful and quiet.

Endlessly
“To study the Buddha Way is to study the self. To study the self is to forget the self. To forget the self is to be actualized by myriad things. When actualized by myriad things, your body and mind as well as the bodies and minds of others drop away. No trace of enlightenment remains, and this no-trace continues endlessly.”― Dōgen

Regularly spending time inside a river clearly is the most profound teaching experience I've had in recent years. The depth of immersion and insights is puzzling and style of delivery is joyful and loving.

The customer journey & touchpoints
In Build, @tfadell makes the point that the customer doesn’t care about whatever we call “the product”, they care about their whole experience. For him, makers should put care into every aspect of the journey. And community is one of those relevant touchpoints.

Talking about silence..
Talks/lectures/interviews/texts about any kind of meditative/mindfulness practice are somewhat oxymoronic. Someone talking for hours about the act of being silent truly is comedic. What are alternative ways to share such experiences and exchange insights, in a more embodied way then talking/writing?

Everyday Magic
For some repairs around the house, had 2 handyman here the past 2 days. The first one's appearance was surprisingly similar to a gnome. The second one's atmosphere was strikingly similar to a enlightened monk. Both had peculiar smells and looks. Even though our interactions were brief, both handyman shared words of wisdom as parting gifts which impacted my consciousness profoundly. In this magical universe we live in, one never knows when and where the blessing will appear from. Always be ready.

A good morning window
“A good morning window looks out on some kind of constant object or growing thing, which reflects the changes of season and the weather, and allows a person to establish the mood of the day as soon as he wakes up.” - Christopher Alexander.
