Heart Sutra Reflections
Bodhisattvas have reached the point where neither attainment nor non-attainment has any meaning. Bodhisattvas not only see through delusion concerning the existence of Sansara, they also see through delusions concerning the existence of Nirvana. But that is not all. Bodhisattvas also see through delusions concerning the non-existence of Nirvana, for existence and none-existence are terms in a dialectic that does not apply to what is beyond all duality.

The term chapel perilous first appeared in Sir Thomas Malory's Le Morte d'Arthur (1485)[1] as the setting for an adventure in which sorceress Hellawes unsuccessfully attempts to seduce Sir Lancelot. T. S. Eliot used it symbolically in The Waste Land (1922).
"Chapel perilous" is also a term referring to a psychological state in which an individual is uncertain whether some course of events was affected by a supernatural force, or was a product of their own imagination. It was used by writer and philosopher Robert Anton Wilson in his 1977 book Cosmic Trigger. According to Wilson, being in this state leads the subject to become either paranoid or an agnostic.[5] In his opinion there is no third way.

Jonathan Goldman - Scheme of Vowel-Chakra Sounds, “Healing Sounds: The Power of Harmonics”, 1992.
These diagrams express the scientific and spiritual viewpoints about how to use the transformative power of sound for healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. The Mystery Schools of Egypt, Greece, and Rome understood that vibration is the fundamental active force in the Universe, and they developed specific chants and tones for healing the mind, body, and spirit and achieving altered states of consciousness. Overtone chanting, also called vocal harmonics, is the ability of the human voice to create two or more notes at the same time. These diagrams explain how to perform these vocal harmonics and experience their transformative and curative powers.
Goldman has a three-part theory that runs beneath all of his written and music works:
1. That everything in the Universe is in a state of vibration. Everything is in motion and produces a sound or frequency. This includes the various parts of our body, organs, bones, tissue, etc.
2. When we are in a state of “sound” health, everything in our bodies is vibrating in resonance or harmony with itself. When something is vibrating out of harmony, we call this “disease”.
3. Sound is an energy that can entrain or change the vibrational rate of objects. Therefore, if something is vibrating out of tune or harmony, it is possible to create the correct, natural “resonant” frequency of the out of tune object, project it to that out of tune portion and cause it to vibrate back to its normal, healthy state.
This, in turn, can be summarized as: Frequency + Intent = Healing.
