We humans really need to start to take mutual aid much more serious, the timing is perfect. Been thinking & doing a lot in this area. Reach out if serendipity calls you - cause our survival depends on cooperation, not competition. Die gemeinsame praxis. Die direkte gegenseitige Hilfe. Die Hilfe zur selbst-hilfe.

In the OODA loop the control of "attention" is central, speed is simply one way that attention breaks.

Fun with Yi
Select a small & light object to get started, like some folded tin foil or paper. Focus your intention on the object. Stay centered on the object, and send your intention to it as you would your arm or leg. Remember not to let your thoughts stray and to focus on a single action. You’re one with the object, so attempt to move it as you would any other part of your body. Remember, practice makes perfect, and with some patience you can move the object with Yi.

Most knowledge is about driving action through practice - which can't be effectively prescribed from above, only cultivated from beneath. Most efforts by leading global private/public "knowledge ecosystem" institutions ("Science Inc.", etc.) are political / commercial power-plays - disguised, corrupted and confused.

Intuitive decision making?
Compared with Rational Choice Theory (RCT) - the dominant theory on decision making for decades - Naturalistic decision-making (NDM) - the currently leading school of decision-making in the real-world - feels like a very dynamic and healthy culture. Yet nowhere in the NDM theory or praxis one finds a serious grappling with the well documented, profound effects of mindbody training - meditation, relaxation, yoga, qigong, zhan zhuang, etc. - on the decider(s) and decision making process. And unsurprisingly no mentions at all of more "far out" topics, such as belief system cultivation, psi or serendipity studies. Why? How can we get to a more intuitive decision making theory & praxis?

A few remarks after completing a Zhan Zhuang month-long intensive online group practice
It has been a profoundly joyful, insightful, meaningful and relaxing month-long intensive for me. I thank all of you for granting me the honor of practicing together, you are most kind and inspiring. A special thank you to Corey Hess for being a truly amazing guide and compassionate master of ceremony - sensei, doumo arigatou gozaimasu. It's been the best of times - looking forward to the next intensive with all of you.
"Ten thousand flowers in spring, the moon in autumn, a cool breeze in summer, snow in winter. If your mind isn't clouded by unnecessary things, this is the best season of your life." ~ Wumen Huikai
Reflections on a indescribable practice: Things are opening up, deepening and relaxing. Long forgotten sunken places painfully coming to the surface. Readjusting and releasing. Often slowly & gently - always surprising. Radiant, expansive energy flowing like a wild river. A sense of smooth silkiness permeating all. Warm, comforting, peaceful and quiet.

“On the Way to Work. Day in, day out." - Art by Jeremyville
"Hard work, and simply just turning up, goes a long way. Don’t overthink it. Just put that sunshine suit on, head to the horizon, and radiate your ideas out into the world."
